Warm colors = Red, Orange, Yellow

Cool colors = Purple, Blue, Green

+add white to make the color lighter

+add black to make darker

1- (Shadow) Look for the dark spaces on your pet photo and use a dark color to paint on your canvas

Dark Warm color = Red

Dark Cool Color = Purple

2- (Midtone) Look for the medium(main fur color) spaces on your pet photo and use the middle color to paint on your canvas



Dark Warm color = Orange

Dark Cool Color = Blue

3- (Highlight) Look for the light spaces on your pet photo and use a light color to paint on your canvas



Dark Warm color = Yellow

Dark Cool Color = Green
